Julian Sanjuan has been working with wine for more than 20 years.
He created businesses to sell wines: Winery Museum Ojen and Mijas, Restaurant and Winery Los Patios de Beatas, sommelier for malaga restaurants and hotels…He also colaborates in official tourism organizations , patronato tourism Costa del Sol or Convention bureau of malaga.

He has tasted more than 25.000 wines.
More than 1000 wines per year.
He has been part of the jury in different wine competitions or gastronomic fairs. For example the Wine and Typical Spanish products Fair.
In international tourist fairs he organizes wine and oil tastings or Spanish products presentations for Turespaña or Patronato de turismo de la Costa del Sol.
From his own Winery he organizes wine tastings every month of the year with national and international wine experts.
The Winery with more than 500 members in its club is, without a doubt, a very important cultural center of wine.
He increases his knowledge about wine every day. He goes to Oenological journeys to learn the latest viticulture techniques. He normally visits France, Italy, Germany, Portugal and the rest of Spain, every year.
